Oh yeah... and for a time, I watched: SD Gundam, Rave Master and Naruto. But only cuz a friend of mine was doing a voice on each show (The English translation versions, not the original Japanese). _________________ "SUPERMAN HATES MILK WITH THE FIERY INTENSITY OF A THOUSAND SUNS!"

404'd.
I don't watch much anime. Every now and then I get a whiff of some good series, download as much as I can in a short time and just kind of forget, after watching them.
There are a few that I try to catch up with, sometimes. Ultimate Girl, for example. Lots of "in" jokes and such.
Bleach is pretty good, I suppose. And Ranma½, propably. I've only read that("Oh, but Digitaaliklosetti! When it's in comic form it's called "manga"! You can't talk about manga in an anime thread!" Fuck you.) and seen a few clips. I'm going to get a few full episodes on DVD, soonish.
Then there's Vampire Hunter D, which... didn't suck too bad. I don't understand why people give it so much praise. What, you're going to tell me you liked Macross II, too?
Then there's Inuyasha. It's a Takahashi, so it's for me. I'm not gonna start hating it, like everyone else, just because the "cool" anime nerds do too.
Full Metal Alchemist was a pretty good series. Don't know if it still is. I should propably catch up again. Propably.
Then there was this kiddie series(Yeah, that's right. Laugh it up, dickheads.) I used to be into. I can't recall the name. I remember everyone looking like they were ten... and there was an angel.
Who was also ten.
And was in love with the main character.
And talked to birds.
There's a bunch more I like, but I'm not good with names. _________________ bitchez n hose |

Can't believe I didn't see this... howells.
Evangelion isn't your typical mecha anime. If you were watching Evangelion for all the big-robot action, you wouldn't get that(or at least, not much as what you think): because Evangelion is not about the mecha, or the Angels. It's about the main character, it's about Shinji, and his finding a meaning in the world he lives in.
Simply put, Evangelion is a deep-thinking philosophical anime.
