That ship is only one of many so, let see Zerg - 1 ship, Commonwealth 1000. They would'd stand a chance (the Zerg I mean).
As for the number of Xenomorph I'll say about 10000 at least (there are 6 billion people on this world after all).

I have a rather hard time beliveing that xenomorphs more likely exist than the Commonwealth. As for the pwn part I doubt it since xenos don't have space ships and depopulateing a world in 2 minutes would xenomorph populations to the bink of extinction.
