It's now in the rules thread that going on and on about one topic is prohibited now.
Lucky for us there will be no more godzilla sprees anymore. _________________

It's an actual short from the late 60s, I think. Bambi is hanging out in the woods, eating or something, and suddenly this big foot comes down and stomps him out of existence. |

Lol. No, I've never seen that one... I have seen one of some skeletons playing cricket on a graveyard and an eyeball walking through a room, and as he walks through a lightbeam coming from above it hurts his eye. So after a while he finds out through trial and error that he just has to put a knot in his optical nerve and continue walking... really funny. _________________

I think you two get a little leeway, seeing as how you are such long-standing spammers, er, I mean members.

Ok though, I think we've had enough variations on the Gozilla theme already. _________________ Context is everything. |

Bambi vs godzilla? I wouldnt think so, it last about 15 seconds, they just put it at the beggining of a couple godzilla movies. _________________ Cogito Ergo Sum....Bitch.

Uhm... http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/6300229386/102-3318283-5056919?v=glance There's this VHS, but wayyy over priced, I think. See the final review at the bottom ("A Crazy Godzilla Feature/A Kid's Review). _________________ "Yeast devil! Back to the oven that baked you!" |

Wow, Ipsa is all about doing the research to flesh out the wild caprices and half-developed ponderings of random people around here. The only thing she won't do is her homework. Tsk tsk. _________________ Context is everything.

I'm all about research. I'm a history student, and it's what I do. Oops.
I'm multi-tasking...! Sorta... I'm working on my paper. I have some sentences... "Peter Kolchin’s book Unfree Labor brings forth parallels between American slavery and Russian serfdom that I had never before considered or even thought of. The argument that seemed to be repeated constantly was that Russian noble absenteeism and American planter residency seemed to make the biggest difference in the lives of the bondsmen. Although that was a decisive factor in how the bondsman was treated, a decrease in labor supply and how to combat that decrease is a very important factor that should not be dismissed."
And after that, I got nothin'. That'll change. I have until... 7:30 EST to get it all prettied up... _________________ "Yeast devil! Back to the oven that baked you!" |

Hmmm....it would seem that use of the first person in a scholarly work is not longer anathema.
I find it odd that you open with the notion of parallels between the lives of the two groups, but then you immediately launch into the contrast between the two. Perhaps a little choppy...
Hey, I'm a physicist; giving unwanted advice with regard to compositions and reports is what I do. Er, wait, that made no sense.
I'm not even a practicing physicist. _________________ Context is everything. |

Opening credits. You see bambi eating grass in a feild. Down come Godzilla's foot which squishes bambi. End credits. But it's sooooo funny to watch. _________________ "You're lucky attacking ends the spell or I would smack the crap out of all of you."

All this malarkey, and no one saw fit to mention the second greatest Godzilla film ever: King Kong vs. Godzilla.
Yes, I said malarkey. _________________ http://www.threepintsshy.com. Because they're Irish songs about drinking and death. |
