Alien: Where the flamethrower illuminates the xeno just before it attacks Dallas.
Aliens Vs. Predator: Scar's running leap when he spears the Queen. Gotta love it.

I have only seen alien 4  But my favorit part in it is when the newborn pops that guys head open. 
Predator: When the predator grabs the cop and calls him the mother f**ker  gotta love that one 
AVP: The part when lex turns around after looking for scar and there he is behind her. The way hes standing is cool.

AvP: When the exno was sneaking up on the pred. Then the pred cuts the exno's head in half with his disc/star.
I saw that the first time in the theater and someone watching the movie behind me after seeing that says "We have a hero." Busted a gut laughing.
