I would go with the Vampires, So I could become a small bat from time to time to go sneak up on people.

so did I at that moment, pretty funny coincidence.

On a side not, I think a warewolf is a wolf who likes warehouses.

I only like Vampires more because I'm more of a fan of "there's something scary about this guy, but I can't place what..."

With a Werewolf, you know why you're scared. Seriously, big furry thing with claws and teeth. Scary. It's a more primal fear.

I guess I just don't like savage violence as much as... well, whatever it is Vampires do.

That and all my WoD role-playing has made me come to really, really hate Werewolves.

Well, vampires can savagely and violently kill you...

"There wolf.... there castle" is from Mel Brooks wonderful movie, Young Fankenstein. I love that friggin' movie. And I liked Underworld, thank you very much.

This is true... but they have the option (and often take that option) to be more civil about it. I've never heard of any Werewolf cliches involving costume balls or dinner parties.

... though now that I've said that, I think -someone- should play up on that idea. A nice, civilized Werewolf tea party.

I was wondering if anyone got that. That scene makes me laugh even after seeing it oh, 200 times or so.

Vampires all the way, baby.

Werewolves have always repulsed me for some reason. Probably because I link horror with sex in my mind, and wolves just don't do it for me. Laughing

Btw, Baraqiel, I like that sig. I took me about a day to realize where it came from (as I am only 18% geek). Just a warning, since it's almost as big as my nuts, it is only a matter of time before *ahem* certain people start complaining.

@Baraqiel: yeah, if you just take your name off the top it would be a lot smaller already. Smile But I definitely prefer that piece to the wimpy wand (or whatever it was she was holding).

Vampires for sure. Not only because I think they are much cooler in films and mythology, but I prefer Vampire: The Masquerade to Rage, though I did quite enjoy the Black Spiral Dancer I played in LARP.

Werewolves are cooler for the following reason:

Every whiny goth kid who writes awful poetry wants to be a vampire.

Werewolves. Mostly for the reasons previously mentioned of the image and idea of vampires being killed by their popularity with depressed teenagers.

If you saw Interview with the Vampire, you'll know which one is the best.
