Hurrah for offtopicness. To tell you all the truth, this question will lead to no where, via the nature of the two species. They're essentially the same. Active camo, kick ass long distance weapons (give an Elite a fuel rod gun and it's the same as Pred's shoulder cannon), and disgustingly awesome close range combat skills. Try fighting a sword bearing Elite on Legendary and arguing against that point.

As for reproductive organs, no one can say for sure, unless Bungie ever decides to show Elites sans armor, and Preds are ever seen minus their loin cloths.

Oh and another thing. Both are essentially equal on vision. Both have their limits and advantages. Put them both in a pitch black environment and have the Elite cover himself in mud and they're both blind.
