A thread necromancer is a person who 'resurects' (continues posting) a thread that has been 'dead' (not active for a significant amount of time). Very annoying, unless the person in question really has somthing interesting to contribute, like A/P Pr0n.

However most thread necromancers are too stupid to realize they're necromancers.

Actually, going over this entire description, the necromancer is the person who actually makes a good contribution to a dead thread. A fairy is the afor-mentioned complete bigot.
