Wow, that is a freaking amazing price. I'll have to order that.
My grandfather used to tell me about all the panic etc. He was pretty young when it was first broadcast, but he remembered so many details.
I had a copy on tape long ago, but my car's stereo ate it. Maybe I'll play it this Halloween while the kiddies show up trick or treating and act like it's really going on. 
Edit: In looking, Amazon has it even cheaper, and probably has WAY cheaper shipping (the above site is $6.95 for the CD, $5.95 shipping!) Apologies for the insanely long link.
