Ello! Very Happy

So stoked that I've actually found a community of people I can relate to! Woot!

I've been going through some of the posts and, seriously, if I asked my friends and family questions like that they'd all back away very slowly. They dont get my tastes..

I fucking love Alien and Predator! I tend to obsess... Embarassed

I live down in the miserable depths of Africa. South Africa. We've just had the new Predators movie released last week and I haven't watched it because it's not showing ANYWHERE in my area!! Nowhere in the city. It sucks! I must now use what little patience I have and wait for the dvd.

Anyway.. please be gentle. Dont rip me apart. I belong here (I hope) !!

Yeah, I've heard it will be worth my time. Quite a fun movie apparently. Will see!
I gave up possibly the only chance I'll have to watch it at the cinema this past weekend.
If I was alone I would have definitely gone but being a wife and a mother of a toddler I couldn't. I had thought of just leaving them in the middle of the centre but my husband would have never forgiven me for abandoning him LOL

Have the toddler eat something heavy and sleep-inducing. I understand drinking warm milk also helps.

Then take the kid with you to the movies under your clothes, pretending it's a disgusting growth.

It would also help if you walked kind of hunched and carried a bit of curry sauce powder under your tongue. Then anytime someone questioned your horrible disability, you could give them a dirty look and drool a little bit of coloured goop. Foolproof.

I am, however, legal. Just very confused. Originally from England, moved here when I was a child.

And I never actually appreciated the vuvuzela. I hated it until I decided to be a sport and get one. I now appreciate it. Amazing how millions of people around the country can get them right but I can't. My two year old gets better noises out of them than I do! Embarassed

A vuvuzela joke for you. Even though it's lame!

Did you hear about the dyslexic woman who was too afraid to go to South Africa for the World Cup? She heard she would have to blow the Zulu Fella..
