Oh, now I understand! Then I must also have missed some reference that would have made me understood that all of you acting so "intense" as Bloo called it was actually some game. That makes perfect sense, then.

Munan, I started the thread in the Utter B.S. section. I kinda figured it would be taken as a tongue-in-cheek thread. Also, you are now gauging your impressions on what... Bloo said?  Ok, seriously, I think Bloo's posts/thread have drastically improved, but... come on. As I said, it was a comment directed at Aurelyn which he got. Nothing else implied. I will try to do a better job of directing my comments to the appropriate person.

$60 is a lot for a game but I'm okay with paying that for food or alcohol. It isn't that much money, but really depends on what it's spent on.

yeah, but that appears to be the going rate for an 360 or PS3 game. I mean, I remember a colecovision costing over $100. But you statement does repeat what I said earlier about subjectivity.

But but but... you can only enjoy alcohol one time and after that it's gone! So it's much better to spend it on a game, because you can play that over and over and over and over...

I can buy 3-6 bottles of liquor for $60, so it'll make me happy for quite a while. And there are a surprising number of games with whirly camera angles that make me want to wretch, which kinda restricts what I can play. (Yes, there are a lot of games that don't have that, but I don't think that I would enjoy those children's themed pet animal games.)
