Well, just discovered it five minutes ago and so far the videos and the reviews have been promising, so I'm looking forward to Mirror's Edge for PC. In many ways it's supposedly pretty much a first-person puzzle game in the spirit of Portal, so I'm definitely interested.
Then again it's published by EA so unless the company somehow pull it's heads out of its cavernous ass I may buy it and crack it, if I feel the developers really deserve the support. Otherwise if it lives up to its promises I'm going to gobble it up like torte.
Has anyone else tried this game on the consoles?

Yes. And I like it a whole lot. I am in fact currently looking at prices for it. The only reason I haven't already bought it is because I already have too many games I've barely played. That and I hate DICE. Fuckheads.

Could you care to elaborate on why DICE are fuckheads? Other than the fact that they have "EA" in their full name and are thus guilty by association.

Certainly. The way they picked up Trauma/Kaos, used them to get Battlefield 2 made and then told them all to fuck off because they were fired was despicable. It's often attributed to EA, but it was DICE.

I say it is superior on the console, well that was what the 360 demo sowed me. It's a very good game in my opnion, very unique and innovative, and defenitely has a solid perfromance, although the cutscenes are not justifying the good graphics that game actually has.

Judging by it's reliance on the shoulder buttons I'm assuming PS3 is the lead format.
You'll need a decent analogue pad to get the most out of it, Simon.

I'm giving very serious thought to getting one of the wired 360 pads for my PC to counteract the clunky movement in L4D.
