The question should be "Who is it?" Banksy is a graffiti artist. But that's a massive understatement. Banksy is to normal graffitists what Picasso is to finger-painting toddlers.

He's amazing - my favourite of his (that I've seen in person, anyway) is the one by the Roundhouse in Camden, London, with the maid sweeping the street under the wall. Brilliant. I'd never thought to go look for his website though, it's fantastic.
