Neither entirely happy or sad, confused or angry. Just sort of middle of the road. Things that may have components of a few listed above.
Here, I'll start:
Me and the Wiff are thinking about a move. She has a work opportunity in another state that sounds promising. In said state, I also have family (no confirmed work opportunity... yet) which can be both positive and negative, although I think the positive outweighs the negative. Of course, we (currently) have a house to sell and it is a down market (also positive and negative: the "new" state is also suffering a down market, which makes it a buyers market and if we re-coup our expenses here we could buy larger there for less money -- smaller mortgage... but we have to sell this house, first). We do have equity in our house, but we would likely have to price it high in order to account for realtor fees (6%) in order to recapture the equity. Also, we both kinda like our house and I'm not sure I can build a "man" room like I currently have:
In addition, the Wiff is a little more skittish about the move having lived in only 2 states, although part of me is also hoping to "settle" having lived in 5 different states. What to do, what to do. Dem feelingz ist mixed. _________________ "If wishes were horses, we'd all be eating steak." |

Dude, you got a pool table. I wants one!!!
Anyway, I got mixed feelings about being up at 8:30. I've got vacation... I'm not supposed to be up at 8:30 and I can't even remember the last time I was up this early. Worst of all, I've got nothing planned till 17:00 today. _________________

It comes with the house. You know, what with the weak American dolla, you might be able to afford it. _________________ "If wishes were horses, we'd all be eating steak." |

I'm more interested in the couch. How about you ship all the equity in the house over to Europe, and then sell? _________________ Da Fro-mastah of da aLp Forums!

That couch is huge. Me and the Wiff can both spread out comfortably and not touch each other. We'd like to keep it as it isonly a year old, but will let it and the HDTV go with the house or for a few Euros. _________________ "If wishes were horses, we'd all be eating steak." |

True, but I don't have any room for a pool table. And nice couch indeed. Except the zebra pillows. _________________

1. Yes, that is a kitty.
2. The Zebra pillows were the Wiff's. I find them quite soft and comfortable, too.
3. If I remember correctly, you also need about 57 (maybe 67) inches of space from all parts of the table in order to get a good shot. Actually, if the ball is at the pocket by the bar, it is a tough shot.
4. Yes, it is very useful to have space. In answer to your (and pthers regarding the pillows (also, not pictured, leopard print pillows), for our first anniversary, my Wiff bought me a Porsche. If she wants Zebra pillows or to be in the man room, she may. _________________ "If wishes were horses, we'd all be eating steak." |

You do know most Porsches are women cars, right?
Anyway, I got back from Lowlands today. It's good to be home again but I miss being there. Actually I just miss doing nothing all day while being drunk all day and having fun all day and talking to people you don't know. _________________

Online applications. Generally, I like online applications, but some of them... leave you feeling like WTF!?!
Example: Filling out an application and that allows you to list 4+ previous positions that you've held. Being in academics, I don't really have 4+ unless I list graduate school as an option. To address this possibilty the online application says to put "N/A" if no information is available. Which I do. Only they want a zip code, phone number and the dates I was employed by N/A. This left me with mixed feelings as the other parts of this application were easy to answer and easy to cut/paste. _________________ "If wishes were horses, we'd all be eating steak." |

Ah yes, good old N/A. It's amazing how many online transactions become impossible when you live in a country that has no postcodes, and the form you're filling in doesn't take n/a for an answer. _________________ Da Fro-mastah of da aLp Forums!

Love made me feel mixedly today.
How can you know if you're upright - how do you know if she is. And why am I still asking these questions, approaching my thirtysecond birthday? _________________ The Justified Ancient of Mu Mu |

Generally I find that if someone's feet are on the ground, and their head is the highest part of their body, then they're probably upright. _________________ Da Fro-mastah of da aLp Forums!

Ok, that just had to go in my signature.
Anyway, love is supposed to make you feel mixed. Especially once you realize that love is only there to make you feel good and almighty and then throw you in an abyss filled with hate, despair and suffering. _________________

Speaking in lolcat, you just have to answer the following question, affirmatively:
"I can has cephalic flexure?" _________________ "If wishes were horses, we'd all be eating steak." |

Well if it's being forthright.. I guess it's just a matter of feeling that it's right. That even with all the other emotions that comes with a relationship, there's the good feeling of having someone else care and love you? Yeah.. _________________ Certified Evil Bastard. And screwing with your spelling because it's forthright... and I thought you actually meant sincere. You know... sincere in Dutch being oprecht, and if you directly translate that you get upright.
Okay, me becoming an English teacher all of a sudden gave me a mixed feeling. _________________

Yes, I'm having that too. I think spending a summer in countries where everybody speaks English incorrectly has fucked up my English.
Or it's indeed the recent love related confusion.
Or I'm getting senile. _________________ The Justified Ancient of Mu Mu |
