When you analyze it, hydralisk spines pierce tank armor. I don't recall any xenomorphs tearing that APC in Aliens to shreds like a hydralisk could do.
Also it takes high-powered automatic gauss rifles at the minimum to take a hydralisk down, with difficulty. The pulse rifles were chewing right through the xenos.
Hydralisks are both stronger and tougher than xenomorphs by a long shot, and would definately win.

To be honest, I don't even know what a Hydralisk is, so I'm just gonna be pro-Xeno by default.

The space marines would win.
But I'm going with Hydralisks between the two. I normally prefer xeno's, but Hydralisks have noticably more endurance.

Also; I would mention that the old-school Hydralisk is weakest against infantry. I always used them for air defence and mobbing vehicles. They'd still beat Xenos one on one, though. Bigger and tougher.
