what's the difference between a blasphemer and a heretic?
...is it just that a heretic is worse than blasphemer, or is it more technical?
and is an infidel even worse?

Yeah, Donnie Darko or something like Eraserhead, where the only constant is head-twisting, mind-killing surrealism.
I'm going to have to have some sort of drunk movie night where I get mildly drunk and then watch the most confusing and/or frightening movies I can think of back-to-back.
...better save it for next year...
