This thing. What the shit is this? It's not a smiley. It's certainly not a signature(which is also a pretty obnoxious habit, what with the specific signature space right there under your posts). I believe that cfos just has some sort of spastic attack every time he finishes one of his posts devoid of quote tags. This irritates me to no end. This has to go.
Also. Chicks on dating sites who put "must not have drug habit", "must not have criminal record" and "dungeon masters need not apply" in their profiles. Bitches, get bent. It's two thousand fucking seven! We, as a culture, have gone through the phase for those stereotypes by now.*

Yeah well, on that note... stupid little mistakes in giant movie productions. I mean, come on, you had the money to shoot three films in a row with a lot of actors and special effects and stuff but you can't make sure there is some continuity in Frodo's scar? Or make Legolas look like he knows a thing or two about wind directions... or figure out that those Easterlings took one hell of a detour by going through Ithilien while they could've just entered Mordor from the East...
Seriously, that sorta stuff has got to go!

Okay, look at the map. What's east of Barad-dur, the priamry stronghold in Mordor? That's right, a big fat expanse of nothing.
You try walking an army through that. Logistically speaking, it would be easier to march through areas that actually have edible life and water in it. The North side is not that much better, either. Moutnians on one side, bog on the other. So the only real way to Mordor is by looping south and then up. Why then didn't they go past Minas Morgul then? Well it's a thin chasm that really doesn't go anywhere.
That and if you consider that Easterlings are more like Southeasterlings, then the road looks even more plausible.

First of all, Easterlings are from Rhun and Khand... which are all very eastish of Mordor. Second of all, Ithilien is occupied by Faramir and his jolly band of Gondorians... it would have made much more sense if they at least went north of the Ered Lithui and approached the Morannon from there. The way they walked in the movie is just plain illogical.

Well, it's a generally recognized fact that there is something wildly homo-erotic about soccer, so that shouldn't be too hard to explain.
Emo-boy may not be a porno mag, but should be, as it seems to be able to fulfill a niche in the market of special interest porn.
Anyway.
Bell towers must most definitely go. Close to my office there's two and between them they can play for hours. It was fun when they did the Village People's YMCA every half an hour, but now everyday around noon there's this sort of lazy *pling plong* going on, probably played by some new age hippy high on whatever, spacing it out on the bells. It's driving me insane especially because in the other tower there's someone really into baroque. Now, I don't like baroque anyway, but played on towerbells?
