Sorry about that but I couldn't think of anything else.
How about you delete this thread and instead of gay I'll use something else in the poll. Or if you're Moderate powers can change the poll, be my guest... _________________

I'm waiting until the reviews come out. I tend to be critical when a trailer markets Homer's stupidity as comedy.
Stupidity =/= Comedy. Stupidity can enhance comedy but they are not synonymous despite what the radio waves are saying recently (Trailer Park Boys and Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader, you better be listening). It takes a great deal of talent and luck to make them coincide effectively on screen. Even then, the attribute is more accurately described as 'crazy' or 'mad' rather than stupid.

A screw it; I changed it.
To stay on topic, I am very skeptical as well regarding the movie. But it's not like I can not see it. _________________ Context is everything. |

I think you're right. Spider-man 3's trailers had way more action than the actual movie had. But it's the Simpsons, man. Maybe it's switched this time. |

"Stupidity =/= Comedy."
i agree with Simon's post. I'll one further it. I don't understand why chicks view:
"Senility =/= cute"
I used to see this all the time with the femaleian medical students over some of the tenured faculty that were so old that they roomed with Adam in the Garden. I had this one prof. whose sense of "modern" referenced that famous John Travola movie -- you know, "The Boy in the Plastic Bubble." Please...
Will probably see the movie regardless. |

I think that the movie is just gonna be one really long episode. And since I like the episodes, I will like the movie if that is what it's gonna be... _________________

I agree with Simon on stupid parts, I don't plan on going to see a movie about stupidity, poorly executed slapstick comedy, and a total lack of intelligent humor, when I can get all of that at my house watching my family eat dinner. _________________

I don't think so. His name's Lonely Guy.
Who cares if it has some cheesy parts, every movie does even if you don't catch it the first or second time. |

Yeah, every movie has its cheesy parts, but I think this movie and Napoleon Dynamite are the only two movies that tried to turn chessy into a quick buck. _________________

I saw it, I loved it. It was so Simpsons, but better in a way. I mean really, it had alot of unforgettable scenes and quotes.
Spoiler: "I wish Homer was my father!"
-"And I wish you didn't have the Devil's curly hair!"
"I'm filled with so much anger!"
-"Don't worry, Lisa. You're a woman, you can contain it forever." |
