It seems kinda silly to me that predator blood glows fluorescently.
OK, here I am, über Predator type guy, my enemy give me a flesh wound, so I leave a neon trail as I go off somewhere to bandage my wounds?
Ah, whatever. I can't bee too über if I let Danny Glover kill me now, can I? _________________

Good point. If you stop and think about it, though, bleeding is probably the last thing they plan on doing, so they probably don't worry about it too much. _________________ You forget one thing: rock crushes scissors. But paper covers rock... and

Here's your simple answer...
They go under a sequence of shedding skin when 'cacooning'. |

For real...
Seriously...
Uhhuh...
I'll cut off my little pinky if it's not true...

Then give us a list of exactly how many metro cops appear between the opening scene and the arrival at Black Mesa East.
And anyone can learn where those dumps and baddies are, but if you can give us information right off the top of your ehad, that's memorization. _________________

You had me worried there for a second.
After all, remember that one episode of Kung Fu, where that guy started out by cutting his pinky off to cover a bet, and it got infected, and he ended up losing his whole arm. _________________

ah, but aren't they flying all around the galaxy to play their little gotta-hunt'em-all games? they don't really seem to stay in "their" atmosphere too much.
just a thought that came to my mind. _________________ i have no time for anal love

Dude... theirs as in 'the atmosphere on their home planet'.

no, but i would try to spend my free time in places where i don't become fluorescent.
with technology like theirs, i would do a proper research as to the atmosphere of the particular planet before planning my night out there.
and places where i don't start glowing would certainly be a better option, especially if i planned to play the invisible hunter with other kids.
i think complex really made a good point.
but i might be seeing it wrong of course. _________________ i have no time for anal love

Perhaps.
Or maybe thier blood isn't fluroecent in thier vision and they don't notice? Still that would mean they're at least half-dumbass. _________________

Or maybe they're just fo full of themselves they don't really care... I mean, they are born with that blood, they got no other choice.
We could also consider the fact that the movie makers just thought it would be cool to give the Pred's green fluorescent blood _________________

Prolly some production assistant got the wrong kind of blood.
WAIT WAIT!!
Maybe he got the camouflage kind, but had the flourescent kind in the car too for a halloween costume, and grabbed the wrong sack off the floorboards. So the guy went to the costume party and was supposed to have flourescent blood, but had camouflage blood instead, and he didn't win the costume contest, and he went out and hung himself. So the people who made the film used the flourescent blood instead of camouflage blood in the dead guy's honor.
THAT'S prolly what happened. _________________
