That's Master Blaster, and we're edging slowly closer to the point of my apparently not well crafted joke *laugh* The help actually comes early in the movie, when Max refuses to kill Blaster (the big guy) in the Thunderdome.

Thanks I keep forgetting the age gap here, too; for a lot of people, that's a movie of their early childhood. It's a bit further along in the scheme of things for me *laugh*
