under-rated and Over-rated Movies

What movies did you think were over or under-rated? I forsee alot of contraversy.

My under-rated films: Ghost Rider, Van Helsing, Starship Troopers, Star Wars: Episode I, others too. Again, I'll post my other choices once I remember.

My over-rated films: Titanic, Shrek 2 (it was too childish), War of the Worlds, Million Dolar Baby. Others...

Under-rated: Spider-man, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, The Matrix: Reloaded, and The Grudge (I honestly didn't think a remake would do good).

Over-rated: The Skeleton Key (That, and some other scary movies, are way to shitty for my liking), Ghost-Rider (I wasn't expecting it to be good), and Bad Boys II (I honestly liked it, and was hyped about it because I like the first as well).
