I have to disagree with you there. There is some evidence of addiction for some people:

My comments were more directed to a comparison of mj with nicotine which pales in comparison, obviously. The heart of the matter is defining what "addiction" means and truth be told, there is still the enigma of being "cool" by smoking regardless of whether it has any active effects or not, just for the social aspects. Sure there are euphoric feelings for some, but that will vary from person to person and imo, I think that social aspects weigh in heavily for some users -- you know, the ones that only do it with other people. Likewise, people are different and an addiction-for-one is just that -- which I think you'd agree with.

Well, sometimes I do miss being stoned, just because it's so damn funny... but 9 out of 10 times when I get the chance to take a hit (I never bought weed for my self, I only smoke other people's stuff) I've already had a beer or two, and experience tought me that combining the two isn't recomendable. So therefore, I haven't smoked any in quite a while.

Well, one thing I like this place better about is that those guys are critics. Like on Royal-Gfx-type.

You guys don't seem to hate me much, except for the guys above 19 [or have seen a gun to their face more than once before], but I don't mind much.

It's not chemically addictive, but it IS psychologically addictive.

BTW, I'm making the purchase of a choice 1/8 ounce of bo-bo so I can finally mow some grass for the first time this year. SHWEET!
