I went and saw this movie this evening. I honestly haven't had that much fun in a movie theatre in years. Clerks II was a barrel of laughs and the crowded theater was into it, but this flick in on a whole other level. It was more fun than should be allowed.

The acting was good all around, the special effects were tremendous, the action and tension and horror were all really well executed, and Samuel L. Muthafuckin' Jackson is the king. I highly recommend paying the money and seeing this in a theatre. And go this weekend so you can get in there with a crowd of people. The audience reactions made it more fun than it would have been had the theatre been empty. My only gripe is that there weren't more people there. Only a few dozen showed up for the 5:00 show.

Lots of great, subtle-funny moments. Lots of people dying. And some nice tits on the screen, too! Give yourself a treat, go see it.

I've been indecisive, but maybe I'll give it a try. I wonder if it's feasible to sneak some alcohol into the theater; we can take a drink every time somebody says "snakes."

Take a drink for every movie Samuel L. Jackson has been in!

I think that would be seventy something.

Get yourself a flask. It will make the $5 Coke worth $5. And yeah, it's probably exponentially better with a buzz on.

I'm tired of these motherfucking threads on this motherfucking forum...

That sounded so much cooler in my head than on screen...

Well, overhere, you can buy beer in a movie theatre. And I don't mean in a paper cup either. They give you a bottle of beer.

But I'll definitely watch the movie once it comes out here...

I saw it. I thought it was cool.

Spoiler:
I'm glad the snobby guy got what was coming to him. It was funny how he got eaten by a bigger snake than the one that was chasing him.

Spoiler:
I was thinking when they said, "Is there a doctor on the plane?" that it would have been ironic if he were the doctor. But no, some other dead guy was him.

You can get beer in the AFI theatre in my neighborhood in a plastic cup...it's a draught. They also sell Woodchuck cider in a bottle and a draught can of Guinness, as well as wine.

I loved watching the massive output of creativity this movie sparked, especially all the stuff on that Snakes on a Blog site.

And the movie did mostly live up to all that hype, delivering a solid piece of entertainment with some truly memorable kills. A pity it did so mediocre at the box office.

Edit:
I almost peed on myself. Hillarious movie. The toilet scenes, I couldn't believe them Laughing
