The first one was awesome... I laughed my ass off at certain parts...
I also recommend watching "Where the hell is Matt" first, it makes the Pred vid a lot more... logical 
Or something.
The second one was pretty lame.

Also, before you wonder, I don't know who that guy was, and it certanly wasn't me.
And it wasn't actually right next to my backyard, but I recognized most of the places they filmed, and that rooftop is within walking distance of my house.
