my favorite show would actually be MST3K, but I cannot remember the names of the episodes.
Edit: I also like that "20 years till Midnight" Episode of the Venture Brothers.

when Homer and Moe accidentally invent a new drink called Flaming Homer, and Moe's tavern becomes the hot spot overnight, and Aerosmith come and give a small gig there with Moe himself joining Steve on "Walk This Way".

"The Naked Time" is about the crew of the USS Enterprise finds a science vessel floating in space. Everyone aboard the ship is frozen, and there is a strange goo that one crewmember gets on his hands. The effects of the goo are very weird. Euphoria/being drunk, and almost every crew member is infected. They find out that it is transferred by touch. Finally, the doctor finds a cure, and everyone is cured. But, the engines were shut down, and they are on a course for the planet Psi 2000. They eventually create some gravimetrical distortion that allows them to go back in time to before they were infected. Thats the whole episode in a nutshell.

That was a great episode. 
I especially loved the whole Ned and Rod Flanders' credit card thing.
