What nationality would he be?
Hehe, I asked this to the guide and she was astonished...
It is a funny thing, because the land occupied by the United Nations headquarters is international territory, it has the extraterritoriality status like embassys have.
The UN territory is not longer US soil. It is like an embassy, but a peculiar one since it is a international one.
So, it doesn't matter if the building is in NY, the UN building is NOT in the US. SO Legally, it is not bound by the US Constitution, US laws, US Hotdogs, US whatevers.
Of course if the parent's country citizenship is established by "jus sanguinis", the baby would have parent's citizenship... and diplomatics will want to finish quicky this mess with that...
B U T what if their parents comes from a country where practices "jus solis"... What nationality the baby would be?
From all countries? All members? Would he receive 192 Passports? or From the 5 permanent members of the council?
Would he be the first and real International baby? The global baby? an Earthling as someone put there?
hahaha, this idea is so hilarious that I'm thinking of doing this...

Brilliant! Especially from a philosophical standpoint, this should be done for sure.
It would also work is the mother and father were stateless. It would be a nice statement about the burden of refugees.

I think I should do that. When I'm in labor instead of going to the hospital I'll go to the UN and pop that baby out like a skittle.
But I would think that if a woman goes into labor at the UN they would call an ambulance and send her away to a nearby hospital before she can actually start going through the process of pushing.
Don't wanna get the floors dirty.

What the fuck would she be giving birth to? Air? It would be pretty gross if she can push her uterus out of her twat. And cool too. It'll be like "Omg she's like a Starfish!"
F.Y.I. Starfish actually eat by pushing their stomachs out of their bodies and putting it on the food.
