No, that is a specific question.

Your harmful objects fell into the murky water and were lost forever.

You stated that since you were a harmful object, you wanted to know if you fell into the murky water.

So, I asked if you were lost forever.

If you are not lost forever, you did not fall into the murky water.

If you are lost forever, you fell into the murky water.

It is quite clear, and without ambiguity.
