League Of Gentlement is pretty cool. I dig Britcoms. My favorite is Fawlty Towers. Father Ted and The Office are great too, although my access to them is limited, being in the US. I'd like to see more of Spaced, as well.
The Simpsons, The Venture Brothers, Space Ghost CTC, Harvey Birdman, Mystery Science Theater 3000, Frasier and Seinfeld are my favorite American ones. _________________ The depressing thing about tennis is that no matter how good I get, I'll never be as good as a wall.

They used to play some of the older British comedies on tv. Faulty Towers, Are You Being Served, The Thin Blue Line, etc. I still love Monty Python's Flying Circus, but that hasn't been on TV here while I've been around. And Mr. Bean is pretty funny.
As for American stuff, I love a ton of comedy stuff cause that's what I see like all day. I watch a ton of funny cartoons and movies and stuff. Comedy is my favorite genre. So there are like to many to name. _________________

| Fawlty Towers is probably my favorite sitcom of all time. Too bad they only made 12 episodes... but on the other hand it makes it awfully easy to own the entire run on DVD. I remember being in the waiting room at the hospital, waiting for my wife who was having an appendectomy, and I was laughing hysterically to myself, watching "The Germans" on my laptop. |

I don't really like Red Dwarf. I know they play it on some of the Winamp TV channels now and then sometimes. _________________

It's one of my favorites, I can't believe I forgot to mention it. The series isn't over that I know of, but it's taken a really long time to get to the States. And I think there's also a movie in the works, but I have no idea how far along it is.

Yeah, Red Dwarf is awesome.
Also funny that two of the actors later did some shows on Discovery Channel... _________________

The two first? I loved em all. I mean, even the one in the trenches is extremely funny.
Blackadder:I spy with my eye and it begins with T.
Balders:Breakfast!
Blackadder:What? Breakfast doesn't begin with T!?!
Baldrick:Mine does. First I have tea, then a sandwich and then maybe some other things. _________________

I've only seen two episodes of Black Books, but I love it. Dylan Moran is great, and he does amazing stand-up too.
And I just found out we sell box sets of Mr. Bean at work. I'm going to have to get at least one of those. But they're so expensive... _________________ The depressing thing about tennis is that no matter how good I get, I'll never be as good as a wall.

I don't remember the character names, but Dylan Moran played David (the Harry Potter looking guy) in Shaun Of The Dead. A totally different kind of character. _________________ The depressing thing about tennis is that no matter how good I get, I'll never be as good as a wall.

I just loved the episode where the girl from the shop next door came in with some cool looking... teapot-ish thing, and they spend the entire episode trying to figure out what it is. _________________
