Hello,

Brand new to aLp. Actually only stumbled across it after looking at this whole "Alien" related area of Wikipedia and seeing "Alien Loves Predator" and immediantly thinking, "WTF?!"
I'm not suprised aLp is listed in Wikipedia.
The comic rules.

The whole truth is, I was actually looking up a Simpsons episode that I wanted to see because it had my horror (anti) hero Freddy Krueger and my (least) favourite (mommy's) boy, Jason Vorhees, in the start of it. One thing led to another (no idea what) and bam, I was reading Alien Loves Predator.

And that was at approximately 1AM. Over here, it's now 10 to 5 in the morning.

Yes, I have just spent nearly four hours reading ALL of those.

And I lie, somewhat. I was already an insomniac, aLp just happened to worsen my condition... *laughs* For tonight at least.

Well- love it here. The comics rule, Preston looks cute in his glasses, Abe is just... *groans and hits self repeatedly over the head with a large hammer* and... yeah.

I'm new.
I've rambled.

Edit: Spideygirl's introduction was longer than mine. So I want to make my introduction longer by talking about me instead of rambling about how great aLp (heh that spells alp! like the alps. .. yeah, whatever) is, but rambling about that is cool too. Hey, look, my introduction is ALREADY a short paragraph longer, just by making this little "edit" note! Yay!
If you're wondering why I'm making my introduction longer, I want to set a record within two days of joining this place... Cool, huh? Yeah. I kick ass. Totally... .... um. Whatever.

Right. I originate from England! And am still there! But one day I WILL be moving to North Carolina in the US 'cause it's so pretty there. Probably in Ashville (or is it Asheville? My head is goo-goo ga-ga tonight heh heh but i'm pretty sure it's Ashville but if I'm wrong, prove me wrong, damnit!) so that I'm close to my friend.

I'm a young'un (I resist saying my age because I usually lie so that people will talk to me because I usually get ignored and told I'm immature (which unless I'm tipsy from Smirnoffs or high on sugar I'm not... heh but I'm usually high on sugar alot of the time (I'm a chocolate addict. hey, look, brackets within brackets within brackets).) and then I get sad and have to go sulk and make different friends) and, wow... those brackets took up LOADS of space... and yeah. Starting again:

I'm a young'un. My internet alias is Caine but I like the name Bryna 'cause it's Irish so I signed up as Bryna Caine, just to act spiffy, like.

I have a firm adoration of all things weird (Preston in Glasses! Heh, Myopic Predators... heh... heh... *poke*) and a lover of hard-rock-'n'-roll. Though not the full sex, drugs 'n' rock 'n' roll.

I am a drooling pathetic little British fan of all things Finnish, heh, most notably the Finnish Band, Lordi (Hard!Rock!Hallelujah!) who won the Eurovision Song Contest (haha, America isn't included in that... which is sad because Americans do better music than alot of the world. Damn. But then again, Americans aren't in Europe, and if they were, they'd win every time: now, that isn't fair, is it?) of 2006. (That's this year! Omg!) and I love brackets, or so it appears.
(Somehow I think I insulted someone or something, especially by killing an ant which i did by squashing i- AAAGGH! FLIES!!! STUPID SUMMER SEASON OF F***ING FLIES!!!)

I am a horrific sad ickle vampire adorer as shown by my buying of three vampire bags, two vampie snowglobes, and a mug saying "I Survived The Vampire At Chessington". Chessington being a theme park and a zoo and oh my god, I think my dog just killed something...

So. Have I broken the record for longest introduction yet?

... I've never seen Fight Club so I wouldn't know if I'm... "like that Fight Club dude".
Insomnia is actually not that uncommon... but that could just be my own personal opinion because I have a weird circle of friends who all have some disorder of some type. Usually split personalities but that's a whole other story.

Yeah.... I'm still trying to work how I managed to jump from the Simpsons to aLp...

Welcome to the party!

It is "Asheville" North Carolina. My brother was married there because his wife's parents live there. It's a lovely little college town that is slowly becoming a dirty, smelly haven for kids who think they're hippies. But it's a beautiful setting anyways. Great hills and small-town feel.
