Demoman is not cheap. You just don't know how to play against them. You use another demoman. :P But seriously, the demoman isn't overpowered at all.

I think you may find that in the detailed statistics at the bottom of the scoreboards you'll find that it is indeed the case that the scores do not simply reflect time spent on the server.

I do admit though that as skilled as I may be, I cannot defeat a solid, united team without assistance from a comparable team.

I'm just kidding about the Demoman, I think all classes are excellently balanced, but many do disagree.
But in regards to your "personal pride and joy"; only 13 headshots? And out of respect I'm going to assume you don't corner-snipe either.

Fucking scrubs and their corners, and I STILL outmatch them out in the open.

Corner snipe?

If I recall correctly I got 15 kills as sniper that time, the rest was pyro I believe.

Corner sniping is when people stand behind corners at varying distances, they try to show as little of themselves as possible when fighting an opposing sniper. In many cases the hit box clips into the wall making it impossible to score a body shot. It's considered a glitch at that point. The only thing left to snipe from the opposite end is either their leg or their face, and many people lack the skill to hit either. But on my part; "Nice job! You made yourself look like a prick and an idiot!"

And 13/15 is better, but still, not enough to impress me.

Also sometimes it's worth taking the body shot. When you can't see their head for instance.

Yeah but the bottom floor is actually a superior spot to the deck in many respects and that fact still hasn't dawned on most people. Despite a year of play. By the same people who find all the exploits of a map within hours of release.
