And that means?
That's just like my biology tests I had in... high school... anyhoo, you had to read the question 5 times to understand what the hell they asked you to answer. |
Which is exactly why so many people fall for intelligent design or even creationism - it's simply the easy way out.
That reminds me of that Calvin and Hobbes cartoon where Calvin answers a simple math test (I think it was 4x6=?) with: "I cannot answer this question due to my religious convictions."

Maybe only the anthropomorphic ones?
Oh, and Simon, there are no whales in Finland, nor off the coast from Finland, since there are no whales in the baltic sea.
Sweden and Denmark, maybe, Norway and Iceland definitely, but Finland not. And there is more that sets them apart from the rest of the Nordic countries. They're less pretty, for instance. Now, I don't know if there is a link between this and the abscense of whales, but there very well might be...
Also, did you know that the chimes of the belltower close to my office (the central bell tower of Groningen, where I work) plays the Village People's YMCA every half an hour? But only the first part, not the chorus, which is why it took me a while to figure out what it was. _________________ The Justified Ancient of Mu Mu |

Did you know that the Village People's YMCA is considered by many gay people here in Flyover Country, USA to be The Gay People's National Anthem?
And did you know, despite this fact, almost all of the slavering homophobes here, in the Buckle of the Bible Belt, will get up and dance and sing along with YMCA? It is one of the ironies that makes life in Flyover Country worth living.

Doesn't surprise me.
The reason flowers wilt is because the bloom itself is useless to the plant after it has achieved fertilization, so the plant releases a poisonous gas to kill the bloom. Recent bioengineering removes the gene that produces this gas, so the blooms last up to two or three weeks longer. |

Did you know that *NSYNC's Lance Bass is gay?
Proof:
On a related note: did you know that certain, not to be named, members of the Alien loves Predator forums are not gay? _________________ The Justified Ancient of Mu Mu |

Nuh-uh, all concrete is permanent, unbreakable, and never broken.
While thigh bones are so weak and brittle and soft that 4 out of 5 people can't even walk with out their thigh bones irreparably shattering.
Femurs are real strong though.

All the gay people I know know that they're gay. And they embrace it.
And I've went cow-tipping before. It does work.

You managed to topple a sleeping cow? Kudos to you... especially since cows don't stand when they're sleeping... _________________

All you have to do is run your finger over the flame. But heres the requirements:
-the flame needs to be small, candle-light small
-it's better to use a candle flame than any other kind
-if it's using chemicals of any kind, make sure the blur part of the flame is very small
-just swipe your finger throught the flame
That's it, but be careful, if you don't go fast enough, you're gonna get burned. When you do this correctly, your finger will feel very warm, but not burned or charred. _________________ Lo------? |
