The Punisher - Commitment one is cool. I never expected to ever, ever see a motivational poster that I like.
Only other good one I saw was one that read
"MOTIVATION:
If all it takes to motivate you is a pretty picture and a little quote, you're probably doing a really crappy job. You know, the kind that will soon be done by robots."

For all I know, yes. At an old school of mine, our principal had come back from a three-week visit to ye ol'e Yankeestania and propably thought motivational posters were a good idea and had a couple hung around the school.
Our class, a cheerfully rebellious little band of misfits and gradeschool dropouts, had a... "quiet protest" soon afterwards.
Basically, we took down all the posters, ripped them all in small, equally sized bits and filled a pint with them. The pint and a glass of water were then delivered to the principal's office.
Seems the only times we ever managed to do anything even resembling teamwork, it was for something unproductive and/or childish like that.
