Watch it again, and on the part where you first hear the Wrist-bomb activation beeping, pause and you'll see the wristblades as well as Douglous pressing the edge of the top of the Wrist-Blade mechanism Gauntlet. Very weird yet funny.

No. The Nuclear Bomb is in the Wrist Watch/Gauntlet usually on the opposite one of the Wrist Blades, the same one that activates the Stealth Mod Cloak, the Plasma Caster, and other mechanics that are being held or worn on the Predator. Sometimes that same gauntlet that hold the Nuke can hold a Maul-like blade, like the ones Chopper in the AVP movie had.
