The aLp ART Contest II

UPDATE: Congratulations to mariam for winning the finalist voting by a landslide. Who knew you could Etch-a-Sketch like that? She wins a signed 8x10 print of an aLp episode, which she is free to sell on eBay for a FORTUNE!

Thanks to all of you who submitted an entry to the contest (see here for the original thread, with all the entries).

I narrowed the field down to 5 finalists. I wasn't specifically ruling out the Photoshop jobs, but there weren't any that I thought really kicked ass so I ended up leaning towards the hand-drawn ones. Now it's up to you to choose the winner. Please vote in the poll for your favorite. You must be registered and signed in as a forum member to vote, the forum'll let you vote only once, and it tracks IP addresses so don't let me catch anybody cheating.

how come nobody did Triumph The Insult Comic Dog, or Flava Flav (think big clock around neck and stupid grin/ VH1), or even Underdog. . . Damnit, if I weren't so lazy.

There was the giant clock around the neck reference in the guy who used screenshots with the dog-robot. The final 5 just didn't work out to include some of the ones that went with this approach.

yeah. i thought that was funny. i'm suprised nobody else tried machima. its pretty easy for the drawing challenged and computor literate. plus hl2 just rocks lol. but congrats miriam. yours wiped the floor with all of ours.

Haha, the etch-a-sketch one is brilliant. It would have a damn lot of typewriter monkeys to come up with the idea of putting all that dialogue in Cerberus' mouths. Very Happy
