Excercise?

Does anyone here actually do any kind of workout? Or are they just lazy bums who do nothing physical?

I used to exercise obsessively. Alas, I have not been to the gym since I've been with my new lady.

I used to work out. I also stretch a lot on the job. But I think standing for 8 hours straight is a pretty good work out on its own...plus my back is straighter so I look thinner. But my lower back hurts like a bitch...

I exercise my mind trying to get teenagers to understand algebra.

I exercise my patience grading algebra tests.

I exercise my temper trying to get teenagers to do homework.

But other than that, I am a lump Confused

I do at least 50 push-ups a day, along with a 100 sit-ups.

But sometimes I do a workout day that leaves me phyically dead at the end of the day.

I play basketball everyday for times longer or at least two hours straight. Sometimes I run away from my neighbor's dog and think of it as exercise. Sometimes I do sit-ups; sometimes I just don't feel like it. Wink

I exercise my mind in the harsh puzzles of random internet flash games
I exercise my dexterity by occasionally climbing my bookcases and hanging out with the kitties at the top of them.
I exercise my biceps by flinging a 20lb bag of trash at a dumpster outside my fence (about 10m)
I exercise my reflexes by playing the most furiously fast paced video games ever (Q3, FEAR, TFC, and others)
