but i want rogue's original ability. it just sucks that she can't control them. she'd be so kick-ass if she could control her powers. just think, you can selectively absorb memories, abilities, etc of another being. i dont care if i knock people out when i do that but i could go without getting overwhelmed by the psyche of the person i absorbed. and what if once she absorbs a certain ability, she could use it whenever? sorta like mystique with her shapeshifting abilities. now that is a super-power!

i think i read somewhere that they considered channing tatum as gambit, when singer was still on board for x3. that would have been a real droolfest, with hugh jackman as wolvie, james marsden as cyke, and channing tatum as gumbo.
