These are only commercials inspired by the Dukes Of Hazzard.
It's about driving economical.
At first you see the young Doeks driving like idiots in their old 'General Lee' wasting gass. Later on you see 'em in their new car driving very carefull. The slogan is: "Moderne tijden, tijd voor 't nieuwe rijden" which means like: "Modern times, time for a new to drive"... pretty stupid, but the commercials are funny.
