And it's not just this show. It's all over!
Allright, all over everything I've seen. Which isn't much. Some news, some talkshow(i think) and most anime. In fact, all anime, but there are a few that do it just for comedic effect.
I used to think it was just DBZ. Imagine my surprise, when the weather man started emphasizing, that yes, Goku has indeed reached his umphteenthousandth power level and made his hair glow even brighter.
