I love how they scream when on fire. I hate the way the fast zombies scream and howl. It disturbs me for some reason. Don't know why but it just chills me to the bone. I flew rather fast threw the Ravenholm bits.
I have to say that I would happily take a normal zombie epidemic over a headcrab zombie epidemic. They are so much worse. In fact the only zombie I can think of that can top the Head crab zombies is the Flood. They use guns, are fast, strong, resiliant, and jump like mofo's on steroids.
