First you get the open tag:

[img]

Then you get the url to your image:

http://img505.imageshack.us/img505/8084/tcoedaeftjt5.jpg

And then you close it with the close tag:

[/img]

Then you'll have this line of code:

[img]http://img505.imageshack.us/img505/8084/tcoedaeftjt5.jpg[/img]

Ok? There's no need to use the "[img=]"-shizzle
