Not exactly bands, but composers. NOT BANDS. Theres already a thread for that.
Mine: John Williams- Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Jaws, Jurrasic Park, etc.

Marty O'Donnel is friggin' awesome. I love the Halo 2 soundtrack. I can't get enough of In Amber Clad...
John Williams is cool too...
Whoever composed the music in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. I don't have words to describe how it made me feel...
I can't really say I know any others...which is a shame really. You know, besides the ancient ones... Beethoven, Mozart, Bach, Handel... _________________ You forget one thing: rock crushes scissors. But paper covers rock... and

Hm. Gershwin, Mozart, Mussorgsky, Nobuo Uematsu, Respighi. I tend to like pieces rather than the whole catalog of works... _________________ "Yeast devil! Back to the oven that baked you!" |

Guess where I got the entire idea of being a Pandaman with brüe came from...
Actually, now that I realize it's just composers and not orchestral or classical composers: Jean Michelle Jarre. Oxygen 7 is the shizzle. _________________

Bach, Vivaldi, Grieg (Peer Gynt) , Harry Gregson-Williams (Kingdom Of Heaven and Narnia score), Howard Shore (LotR score), Jack Wall, and Patrick Cassidy. I'll probably think of more. _________________ The depressing thing about tennis is that no matter how good I get, I'll never be as good as a wall.

As a guy who played the cello for 7-8 years, I can honestly say that there was nothing I enjoyed playing more than the Bach cello suites. I haven't picked up a cello in 4 years now, but I wouldn't be surprised if I still had a good portion of Prelude, Suite 1 still memorized.
So, yeah, I like Bach a lot. Only problem I have with him are the pieces for harpsichords. Harpsichords are... not the best-sounding instrument ever conceived, imho. _________________ The official MILF-masta of the AlP forums.

Whoever wrote the music for Baldurs Gate 1-2.5 and the newer Star Wars scores used in the KoToR games is my hero. _________________

| Yeah, I'm going with the newer Starwars versions of the older songs remixed. Like the one played during the fight between Sidious and Yoda. |
