Whilst Chuck Norris does possess balls they are enclosed in a protective extra fist. Not only will this stop any knacker-based attacks harming him, he can punch you, from his groin!!!

Yeah, Steven Seagal pretty much beats everyone, even Norris, due to added pony-tail, and the fact that in all his movie contracts, it states that no-one on set is allowed to be taller than him.

Plus now he's old and has a triple chin he goes Tai-Chi on everyone.
