hey um, what do they mean my avitar has to be less than 10 kb? ive tried evry picture i like. in need of help.thanks

you avatar has to be 100X100 i think, so check the size of the pics you like, its small yes, but better than nothing.

80x80, actually, but it also has to be no bigger than 10kb. So if it's 80x80 but, say, 12kb, try converting it to a more compressed format (e.g. bmp to jpg). You should be able to get a 80x80 that size no problem, though, and if you link to your avatar instead of uploading it, you can have it bigger. |

If you look at the properties, you'll see it's 17,984 bytes, or 17.5 KB. It's also 200x175 pixels. I've resized it to 80x70 and sharpened it up a bit, as pictures tend to blur slightly when you shrink them - go here and upload/save the image to use it as your avatar. |

Your avatar can be bigger than 10 kb, I think, if you link to an offsite image. You can upload your icon to a site like photobucket.com or villagephotos.com which allows hotlinking and that works just fine.

I think it means your avitar HAS to bee less "Killer Bitchen" then the admin's. Like, his is about 13 on the killer bitchen meter and everyone elses has to be 10 or less.
