Taking the fact into consideration that a large part of the KLA is anti-masturbatory*, this demand strikes me as slightly odd.

Well, the Crimson Kittens (lead by me) are mainly concerned with making absurd demands and fighting against God, trying to make sure Sauron becomes the god of all people, caus when you masturbate, Sauron only kills a Hobbit.

I was well aware of the fact that the KLA has fragmented. The same thing happened to the IRA, ETA and PLO, some of whose fractions became mere guns for hire.
I've been in contact with general King Kat B., leader of a KLA-fraction calling itself the Kitten Liberation Front (KLF), who informed me that the true struggle is still being struggled. But this is the KLA. The Crimson Kittens might be a faction (thanks, Crotchfire)of the KLA, but they still are in the KLA.
