This reminds me of that awful "Get Smart" movie made in the 80s called "The Nude Bomb". (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0081249/combined)

Ironically, it's the only movie that I can remember where Sylvia Kristel (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000482/) doesn't appear nude.
