I'm always addicted to Nuka-Cola... and now in Fallout I'm addicted to RadAway... or Rad-X... I got that after going to the Glow...
One time when playing Fallout: Tactics I decided to use every drug, food, drink or anything else in my inventory on myself... I did not survive...
Edit: I found it on the No Mutants Allowed site btw... right overhere...
