Wow, I thought it was a black lady's body until I saw the original. Scary. And yeah, I could see all the plastic in her body coalescing into an exosceleton on the fetus in the womb. If only he is as stable and levelheaded as our lovely preston.

My picture editing skills pale compared to yours. I mean, you removed Brtiney's entire head and replaced it with a Pred's! The best I can do is cover up an image...

If you have photoshop or another basic editing program that supports layers, it's a cinch. You just cut around the part you want to paste on, carefully erase all the white around it, and then erase the underlying image, using the smudge tool to blend it together. The one above isn't great because the head and body are different colors and the neck doesn't really meld, but erasing her head was simple because of the white background. No surrounding details to worry about.

Just give it a little practice, you'll pick it up in no time. It also helps to get a wacom pen and tablet if you don't have one. You will be amazed at the control it gives you.
