Well, apparently it's good if you're stressed... so I've heard... I just use it to relieve my boredom and it's a nice way of painting your index and middle finger yellow... (Why anybody would want to do that... I don't know... why I want it... I also don't know... *looks at fingers* I do know that it happens...)
But seriously, don't start... it's a bad and expensive habit...

hmm.. drinking does the same... well, except for the painting fingers yellow. the problem is that i don`t normally drink.
but girls will always have chocolate. for a tension-reliever.... or an aphrodisiac.

Chocolate doesn't really do it for me as a tension-reliever any more. If you can stand tea at all, drink chamomile or a chamomile blend. I usually tend to spike my tea with peppermint schnapps (if I have any) for extra relaxation if I need to. I think that schnapps might actually be cheaper than chocolate, now that I think about it. Hm. I think I'm being a bad influence.
Or, if you like cooking, stick to the basic comfort foods--mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, etc. You know, something starchy-ish.

tea tends to relax me, yeah.. enough to get sleepy. i love lattes and fraps though.
i can cook myself some pasta.. thanks. =)
