Its a mod for (guess what) Half-Life 2.
And it fucking rocks. Look it up at moddb.com. Im not gonna try to explain it because i fail epically at such things.

Oh man, I haven't played it for 2, but years and years ago a friend of mine had the Action mod for original Half-Life and that was so fucking badass. I never understood why it had less people on the server than those other mods that seemed so pallid by comparison. Almost makes me wish I had HL 2 on the PC so I could see what they did for 2.
