Kinda different than the "unhappy" thread as I'm not necessarily feeling unhappy, rather pissed:

The Wiff and I bought a new table and chair set for the kitchen on Saturday. Wanted to put in on credit through the store, as was done in the past. Brought me up on the computer, printed a receipt and left. This morning I get a call from the salesguy saying that nothing has been paid. No credit account, no bill. No nothing. Well, almost nothing. He did update my delivery address. I was told that if I wanted to do credit through the store, I'd have to drive down and do it today. Instead, I just put in on the credit card.

Anyway, the point of the pissyness is, Dude shoulda followed through instead of handing me a receipt that wasn't really a receipt. The dinette set was about $1300+, but the idiot just lost a comission on the couch (still haven't decided yet, but were looking to spend up to $3k on a leather sectional). I don't get it. You'd think that the economy was in the shitter and salespeople would be working... for your business.

My dog barking at the mechanic who came to fix the transmission for the truck early this morning. I'm ready to take her out back and give her some shotgun mouthwash. I can't stand that dog anymore. My electric oven is on the fritz. The clock works, although it won't bake, broil or clean. I called for service and am currently waiting for the 8am-12pm window. I hate waiting for a 4-hr-have-no-idea-when-the-guy-is coming-period.
