you know the routine.

me, right now i'm in the finishing stages of Max Payne the first. a wicked good game with loads of badass action, and even though the graphics are rather dated, it does not harm the fun in any way.
and Max himself is a serious competition for Ron Perlman as far as epic narrator voice goes.

what are you wasting your precious time on, fellow aLp-ers?

I finished Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout: Tictacs and I'm now doing skirmishes again in Red Alert 2. Yeah, I'm really bored.

Metal Arms. I'm wondering why Mozer doesn't have a bigger part in the game.

OH SHIT LITTLE GIRLS IN RED DRESSES!

I swear. That game must scare the shit out of paedophiles.

I've been playing Blood Omen, Soul Reaver, Team Fortress 2, and just tried a touch of L4D after a long hiatus.

I thought that level was really cool. I once finished it by using only his giant metal rod to blow those enemy robots to pieces.

I still have the CD for that. Works on Vista just fine, for some reason.

His giant metal rod is what makes the world go 'round. Very Happy

Alright. I was just thinking. That sounds like a Willy Wonka thing. And we all know Willy Wonka is awesome.

Just Cause. Felt like digging it out; I guess I'm tired of grey corridors and shiny faced UE3 space marines.

Metal Arms is the bollocks. I always wished they'd make a sequel. Supposedly Swingin' Ape is reforming, and is interested in accquiring the rights.

Painkiller. I'm loving this game. Easy to play, atmospheric and hella violent. The perfect antidote to a long day at the office.

City of Heroes. I'm trying out the 14 day trial.

For a soul crushing grinder this seems quite fun.

What. Really? There's chances for a sequel? I wonder what they'll call it. They have to be clever, though, and not just label it Metal Arms 2 like the lazy assholes they have the potential to be.

The story surfaced a couple of months ago, I don't recall it in detail. Although Swingin' Ape ended up at Blizzard, so maybe they were lobbying Activision to bring it back after the Actizzard merger.

Huh. Too bad it'd probably come out in, like, three years.

And everyone knows that's when shit really hits the fan.

I'm playing ADOM. It's a roguelike.

My characters have died from:
Starvation
Hill Orcs
Fire beetles
Doppelgangers
Traps
Giant Ants
Drowning
Poisoning
Food Poisoning
Sickness
Death
Rabid dogs
Jackals
Wolves
Wizards
Their crippling self-doubt
Falling rocks
CTHONIAN MADNESS
More Starvation
Loneliness
Everything

And yet somehow, this game is amazingly fun.
